Game Zone Arenas
Fun Game Zones novice and advanced level scenario fields that encourage tactical strategy rather than sheer force.
Our game zones and paintball fields are well marked out & are specifically designed to allow the novice and more competent player to get the maximum thrill factor every time. With foxholes, ravines and varied elevation, there is huge scope for the tacticians in your group.
The new village game zone is near to completion so you can look forward to playing that one as of Nov'03.
Although most of our game zones provide a lot of natural cover there is one specifically designed for players who like a more open game arena. Covered in pyramid barricades this game zone is fast and furious -
Ideal for those adrenaline addicts out there!

The Paintball Safe Area
Purpose built to provide our customers with a comfortable area to re group, sit, chat & discuss tactics between games.
Customers can only remove their masks once they are actually in the safe area. Guns are not allowed inside but you can keep your paintball ammo and personal effects such as car keys behind the administrative counter for safe keeping.
Extra ammunition as well as tea, coffee and coffee are available at all times and hot beverages are free of charge.
Car Parking & Access
There is no chance of getting your car stuck in mud as we have a private tarmac road surface and ample hard parking outside the safe-area.
The main entrance to the paintball park can be found by following road signs to the 'secret nuclear bunker'.
Once you're on the private road you are only a quarter of a mile from the safe zone which is on your right hand side. If you get to the Nuclear Bunker car park then you have gone slightly too far and need to back track.

Paintball Site Facilities
Everything you'd expect from a premium paintball site and a bit more....
Its not just the customer service that you'll notice or the disciplined yet friendly way in which the venue is operated - Its also the fact that whatever you need is at hand. Weather its facilities to clean your face mask with or somewhere to get changed after the games, we have it all at Essex Paintball.
In case you are wondering, we do have separate ladies and gents toilet facilities on site.
The Nuclear Bunker
Less than 300 yards from the Paintball Site, this 5 floor decommissioned Secret Nuclear Bunker is well worth a visit if you have time.
Take a tour of the facility whilst you are here. This amazing building must have cost the taxpayer millions but now has become a relic of the Cold War.
We are able to run Corporate team building Seminars and mini conferences at the facility as well as buffet meals, so please contact us to find out what we can do for your company.

Underground 'Nuclear' Cafe Bar
Corporate buffet? No problem!
Within walking distance of the paintball zones is the ex-government nuclear bunker facility, complete with stainless steel kitchens, chefs and restaurant area capable of serving up to 100 guests.
We can incorporate a buffet meal in to any paintball day and give you a quote depending on what you would like included in your meal. You can opt for a selection of hot & cold foods including vegetarian meals.
The nuclear bunker's dining & restaurant area is accessed through a 'Tele-tubby' style hill via a walk-through tunnel. This highly unusual facility is well worth a visit and is also a perfect venue for running small conferences & making presentations to small or large groups of people (5 - 100).
