Terms & Conditions
Please read our terms & conditions before booking a day with us.
All bookings are not confirmed until a deposit of £10 per player has been received by the All Action Events Ltd office either by credit card over the phone or by postal cheque.
All deposits paid are non-refundable unless your event has been cancelled by us for unforseen reasons such as extreamely bad weather.
All deposits must be in 7 days prior to your event or we will fill your reserved places with another booking.
Balance payments must be paid on the day you play. This payment is the remainder of your day-fee plus extra ammunition you may have bought whilst there. Corporations wishing to make this payment with one cheque should contact us first.
Under 16's will not be allowed to play without having a completed parental disclaimer form with them on the day.
Deposits
Your deposits need to be in 7 days prior to the paintball event.
What are deposits for?
Deposits are extreamly important to us in that without them, some of your group may not see the point in turning up on the day when they could have a lie in instead. We feel that lack of attendance can jeopardise your event in that without at least 25 players on site, we can not run a paintball day. Please keep this in mind and try to collect the deposits from the individuals themsleves rather than pay it out of your own money.
Payment
We can accept all major cards including AMEX over the phone or via our online cardbooking form.

1. Check availability by telephone or by using our contact form.
2. Make a provisional booking by telephone or by using our provisional booking form.
3. Confirm the event by paying the £10 per head deposit over the telephone or via our card booking form.
Once we have clarified that the date you require is available for your group we will ask you for a £10.00 per head non-refundable deposit in order to confirm your booking. You can pay this over the phone using a credit/debit card or by cheque - whatever you prefer!

Book early for peace of mind
Don't be caught out. Confirm your Booking early so that you know you have confirmed places for your entire group.
Occasionally we have someone who makes a provisional booking (without payment) only to forget about it all until the day before the event. The result is that we don't have any remaining spaces because all places were sold to and paid for by other groups, weeks before.
Pinatball spaces fill up very quickly during the two weeks before any given event date so don't delay in collecting deposits from your players.

Q: Can I bring more people on the day who haven't already paid a deposit?
A: No, we will not have the kit for them nor will we have their lunch since we plan our events around a specific number of pre paid individals.
Q: What if I get called away at the last minute and can't make it to the venue?
A: You will lose your deposit and you will not be asked to pay for the paintball package balance.
Q: Can I pay my deposits on the day of the game?
A: No. They must be paid 7 days prior to the event.
